The This year we are focusing on how too often we get trapped in technique and forget that technique is only the finger pointing at the moon and not the moon itself. This seminar is designed to be an intensive exploring the principles that underlie technique and create the openings for technique to happen. In addition to open hand we will apply these principles to weapons work and how to construct weapons kata.
